COLUMBUS, Indiana — Three teenagers are being accused of damaging windows at a school in Columbus and firing a gun in a cemetery.
Security video from Columbus East High School showed the teenagers around the school Sunday morning. One of them can be seen damaging a glass door and a window was also found broken.
Police used the video to identify the teenagers and linked them to a gun that was stolen from a car. Investigators also said the gun was fired while the teenagers were inside Garland Brook Cemetery.
Officers found the gun under a dumpster at an apartment complex near the school.
The three teenagers are now facing a series of possible charges including felonies.
