INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a deadly northwest side shooting that happened Sunday night.
Officers went to the 4500 block of Rosewood Commons Place, near the intersection of Georgetown Road and West 56th Street, on a report of shots fired.
They arrived a little after 9 p.m. to find a man in the street who had been shot and was pronounced dead. He was later identified as 22-year-old Luke Poindexter.
