BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. — A woman died after being hit by a semi on U.S. 31 in Bartholomew County Monday night.
Police say 34-year-old Amberly Napier was in the travel portion of the northbound lanes of U.S. 31 near Taylorsville when she was hit around 10 p.m.
Police say impairment is not suspected but all drivers involved submitted to a voluntary blood draw.
