New Sugar Creek library branch opens

NEW PALESTINE, Ind. - People in a Hancock County community have a brand new library.

The Sugar Creek Branch of the Hancock Public Library opened to the public Monday morning.

The library on US 52 cost almost $5 million to build and, at 15,000 square feet, includes plenty of room to grow.

Along with a high-tech design, the library also has a play area for children.

It is twice the size of the library's previous location.
