Mostly sunny and warm today, increased chance for rain tomorrow

(WTHR) — It's back-to-school for more districts today! From Marion to Lebanon, to Cathedral and Brebeuf, it's also back to the heat and humidity as well.

Today still remains our pick-of-the-week with plenty of sun, warm highs in the upper 80s and those storm chances mainly holding off until after 5 p.m.

But we'll be on radar watch up north during the evening as storms may intensify south of Lake Michigan and dive southward, possibly bringing gusty wind and hail. And there's a marginal risk for severe weather from Peru and Delphi north.

Overall, it's going to be a really nice summer night for the big Rascal Flatts concert at Ruoff Music Center this evening.

The weather pattern remains rather unsettled tomorrow into Monday of next week with a daily chance for showers and storms.
