INDIANAPOLIS — In today's Consumer Catch-up, there's word of free food and snacks. 

McDonalds launching loyalty program

The MyMcDonald's app kicks off July 8.

The loyalty program lets customers earn points through purchases, and points earn you favorites like 6-piece Chicken McNuggets and iced coffees.

Free popcorn refills   

AMC Theatres is offering free popcorn refills for a week starting Tuesday.

It's in honor of its first-ever Cinema Week.

Peleton membership discounts

A Peleton membership could be your newest work benefit. 

They're rolling out a corporate program that makes the nearly $13 app free for employees.

But if your employer doesn't bite, Peleton offers teachers, healthcare workers, first responders and military members a discount.

Child tax credit portal opens

The portal to opt out of the advance monthly child tax credit payments is live.

If you don't unenroll, payments automatically start July 15.

The child tax credit is higher than normal this year because of COVID-19 and this is an attempt to get the bonus out sooner rather than later.

Dating app employees get week off

Bumble, the dating where women make the first move, closed its offices for the week to combat employee burnout.

The company said it's a way to thank the 700-person team for hard work and resilience.

The time off is paid.
