FISHERS, Ind. (WTHR) - Fishers officials have announced plans for a new Browning development in the Nickel Plate District, on the north and south sides of 116th Street.
It will have residential and retail space along with a high-end boutique hotel and six-story office building.
Several buildings along the north side of the street, including the Nickel Plate Bar and Grill, will be preserved and rehabilitated.
If the council approves the plan, construction will start in the spring and should be completed by fall of 2021.
