Above normal temperatures will continue through the work week with another potential soaker moving in Friday.

It will be a cloudy and damp start today with some patchy light drizzle possible. The clouds hang tough today with a few peeks of sunshine possible by late afternoon. Temperatures will climb into the upper 40s to near 50 degrees today.

It will remain mostly cloudy and quiet this evening, with overnight lows falling into the upper 30s.

Tuesday will be the weather pick of the week. It will be partly sunny to mostly cloudy with temperatures soaring 25 degrees above average with winds out of the southwest.

Afternoon highs will climb into the upper 50s to near 60°.

Wednesday will be very mild too but there is a chance of a few scattered showers around by afternoon and highs will be in the upper 50s.

It will be breezy and dry on Thursday but cooler with highs near 40°.

A high impact system moves in on Friday. As it pushes into central Indiana, precipitation will likely start off as snow.

Temperatures will rise through the day, allowing a change over to rain. Right now, it looks like there is a potential of 1” to 2” of rain associated with this system. Temperatures will rise into the low to mid 40s by evening.

By Saturday, the back side of this system will arrive. Precipitation will taper off to potentially a few snow showers. Saturday will be windy and blustery by evening.

Temperatures will crash into the teens by Sunday morning with a high in the mid 20s Sunday afternoon with a few flurries flying around.
