WASHINGTON (WTHR) - Meijer has recalled thousands of hoodies designed for small children due to a possible choking hazard.

The Falls Creek Kids branded zip-up hoodies have a zipper slider that could detach from the jacket, posing a choking risk to young children. The hoodies are sold in five styles in sizes ranging from 12 months to 5T.

Recalled hoodies will have a tracking number of "MAY 2018 17677," "MAY 2018 17506," or "AUGUST 2018 17932." The tracking number is printed on a label sewn inside the inner side seam. They were sold nationwide from June through October of this year, retailing for about $14.

Meijer received one report of the zipper slider body and pull detaching from the hoodie. No injuries have been reported.

If you've purchased one of the recalled hoodies, Meijer says you should immediately stop using them and return them to any Meijer store for a full refund.
