Local startup launches Beta 2; helping Hoosiers declare food independence

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) – Fishers-based Aggressively Organics's award-winning systems are available across the country with it's Beta 2 launch for the first time this week.

The agriculture start-up was created by entrepreneur Jonathon Partlow after learning about statistic that state one in eight Americans suffering from food insecurity.

Partlow made it Aggressively Organics goal to end food insecurity in our lifetime.

This new phase of exclusive orders and product testing features the startups, patent-pending AO Micro Pods™.

The company’s Micro Pods are affordable grow-at-home systems that support sustainable agricultural food production by using less water, energy, and waste.

“Our growth systems are for anyone, with or without a ‘green thumb,’” said Partlow. “We’re excited for this next phase and to help consumers declare their food independence.”

Recently, Aggressively Organic was named both a Challenge Prize Session winner and People’s Choice winner at the Food+City Challenge Prize competition during SXSW, winning $10,000 and top recognition among supply chain startup companies.
