Live Doppler 13 Weather Forecast - 10/4/19 Sunrise Update

Autumn weather is here!

After seeing three records for heat established in Indianapolis early this week, we are now seeing what we would call average fall weather in Indiana this morning. Look for a cool, crisp day with highs actually a couple of degrees below average this afternoon.

For Operation Football tonight, it will be crisp and cool with temperatures in the 60s at kickoff and falling during the games.

Saturday and Sunday are a bit warmer and as we move into Saturday night and Sunday morning, we could see a shower or two as a front moves through Indiana.

It looks like the summer heat stays away next week. Temperatures will top out in the 60s and will be just a bit below average for the most parts during the week. We still don’t see weather cool enough for a frost in our forecast.

By the way, in case you are wondering, the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival this year runs October 12 - 21.
