Live Doppler 13 Weather Forecast - 10/2/19 Sunrise Update

Yesterday was historic in Indy weather history as we established a record for the hottest day ever in October with a high of 92.

Today, look for another hot one with the high 91, which would break the old mark of 89 degrees in 1953. It will be warm and humid with a wind that will shift to the west.

The transition day is tomorrow. It will still be warm, but a cold front will eventually move through the state, bringing with it a cooler north wind and a shower or two.

That will set the stage for a magnificent autumn weekend. From a high only in the 60s Friday to highs ranging from 65 to 70 Saturday and Sunday, it should be wonderful. We are looking for a chance for rain Sunday and a much cooler week next week.
