Live Doppler 13 Radar Sunrise Forecast 6/9/2017

TGIF! We're getting start with another comfortable morning in the 50s but with noticeably more cloud cover. Expect intervals of sun and clouds with warmer afternoon temperatures in the 80s as a southwest wind takes over.

A weak warm front draped over north-central Indiana may be enough to trigger spotty showers or a stray thunderstorm, but rain chances are low (20%) at this time and confined to areas north of I-70. I certainly wouldn't cancel any outdoor plans, but keep tabs on radar if you live anywhere from Lafayette to Kokomo to Marion. Weather for Zoobilation and the opening night of the Italian Street Festival will be warm but dry. Have fun!

This front pushes northward tonight and takes the minimal rain chance with it to set the stage for the much advertised warm weekend. Under a blanket of sunshine expect temperatures to quickly warm Saturday. We'll be near 80 by noon and topping-out in the mid/upper 80s in the afternoon. Pack the sunblock if you're attending any of the Indy Pride events Saturday or going to the Indianapolis Indians game at The Vic.

Highs Sunday climb into the 90s and mark the beginning of a 4-5 day stretch into the 90s with nearly non-existent storm chances until Wednesday.

Have a great weekend - Sean Ash
