Live Doppler 13 Forecast Friday 5/3/19 - Midday Update


A boundary will continue to slide south this morning, bringing rain to an end from northwest to southeast. It will remain cloudy this afternoon with highs in the upper 60s.

An area of low pressure will ride along the boundary late tonight. It will kick in rain again, especially in south central Indiana and south of I-70. If you are participating or volunteering in the Mini Marathon, be prepared for areas of drizzle prior and during the running of the race. It will be cloudy, misty, and cool with temperatures in the low 50s during the morning. The threat of lightning is low.

Shower and storm chances will continue during the afternoon. Rain will taper off by evening, as high pressure builds in. Skies will clear out by Sunday morning with lows in the mid 40s.

Sunday will be a beautiful finish to the weekend. It will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 60s and low 70s.

Monday will be warmer and pleasant with highs in the mid 70s.

Rain chances return Tuesday afternoon and evening with showers and storms likely on Wednesday.
