The owner has created a winning combination on his menu with things like barbecued meats and potato chips.
Carriage on the Square Smokehouse opened in downtown Greensburg six years ago. It's owner, a chef from Indy, packed up and moved east, pinning all of his hopes and dreams on barbecue.
And it's paying off.
