INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — After announcing the new program in April, Amazon Returns at Kohl's is now available nationwide.

The program allows amazon shoppers to return unwanted items for free at Kohl's stores.

Kohl's employees will do the legwork for you. They pack it and ship it for free. That's right, you don't need a box or a label.

Here's how the process works:

  1. Start your return on Amazon's online return center.
  2. Choose the option to return via Kohl's dropoff.
  3. Amazon emails you a QR code.
  4. Take item you're returning to a Kohl's store and show the QR code to customer service.
  5. Let Kohl's pack it up and ship it.

Returns are available at all Kohl's stores except in Anchorage, Alaska. To find a Kohl's store near you, click here.
