Investigators looking into cause of deadly crash east of Muncie Sunday

DELAWARE COUNTY, Ind. (WTHR) - One person was killed in a Sunday morning crash east of Muncie.

The sheriff's office is investigating the single-car crash on State Road 32 at Delaware County 800 East that occurred at approximately 7:15 a.m.

A witness said they saw the car leave the roadway halfway between Selma and Parker City and fly into a mound of hay.

Investigators are considering the possibility that a medical condition contributed to the crash.

The Sheriff's Office is not releasing the name of the victim.

The Delaware County Coroner's Office is also investigating.
