LOS ANGELES (WTHR) — An Indianapolis native's run on "The Voice" has ended.

Kyndal Inskeep, who graduated from Heritage Christian School but now lives in Nashville, was one of 20 contestants who advanced to the live performance part of the show's 17th season. Thirteen contestants will advance based on fan voting, but Inskeep will not be one of them.

She was not among the top vote getters on her team and was also not saved by coach Gwen Stefani.

Inskeep performed "10,000 Hours" on Monday's show.

"I'm really proud of you, I thought it was beautiful," Stefani said after Monday's performance.

"I love that golden tone that you have...I don't think anyone on the competition sounds exactly like you," coach John Legend said.
