LOS ANGELES (WTHR) - An Indianapolis comedian is still alive on "America's Got Talent."

Ryan Niemiller gave another performance to roaring laughter and applause on Tuesday night's show from Los Angeles. The performance was enough to earn him a spot on the live shows.

The live shows start in August.

Niemiller, who was born in DeMotte, Indiana, was born with a disability in both of his arms, which he incorporates into his act.

His first audition received "4,104 yesses" from the judges and the crowd in attendance, judge Simon Cowell told Niemiller.

"America's Got Talent" airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. on Channel 13.
