INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — IMPD's Criminal Interdiction Unit made a multi-million-dollar traffic stop Sunday night.

Officers stopped a semi on Interstate 465 at the Kentucky Avenue exit around 9:15 p.m. for a traffic violation. The truck had Ontario plates, and the driver and passenger gave information that was not consistent with what was in the log book.

The driver and passenger allowed officers to search the trailer, where police found 88 kilograms of cocaine. That's valued at $2.1 million.

Officers arrested 57-year-old Gurindes Sing and 55-year-old Jagdev Sanda for their involvement.
