INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Mother Nature played nice just long enough Saturday for the IPL 500 Festival Parade. The winds were too strong for the floats, but everything else went off without a hitch.

Dozens of bands and performers filled the parade route as tens of thousands of people came out to watch.

One of the biggest highlights is getting to see the IndyCar drivers and celebrities.
