INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - No snow or storms in Indianapolis Saturday, but it certainly wasn't swimming weather.

Still, 500 people got in the cold water of Eagle Creek for charity. They raised more than $140,000 for Special Olympics Indiana as part of the Indy Polar Plunge.

Our own Sean Ash emceed the event. He did a preview plunge himself last month.

You can still help the cause - without getting wet. You can donate to the 2018 Plunge for Special Olympics through the end of the month.
