LAKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTHR) — A section of eastbound I-80/94 at Calument Avenue was closed for several hours Wednesday due to a semi rollover.

The semi was entering the highway from Calument Avenue when the front axle broke.

The driver said in addition to the honey, the diesel fuel was leaking from the truck because he had just feuled up. He was not injured.

Lanes on both directions of the interstate were closed from about 8 a.m. until around 2:30 p.m.
