Former town marshal accused of stealing pills for a second time

Donald Bosley

VAN BUREN, Ind. (WTHR) - A former Indiana town marshal charged with stealing prescription drugs is accused of doing it again.

Officers first arrested Donald Bosley this summer. They say the former Van Buren town marshal took pills out of a house while in uniform.

According to our partners at the Chronicle Tribune, investigators are accusing him of stealing pain pills from his mother's home and leaving the state, going against court orders.

The special prosecutor in the case wants Bosley's bond revoked. He's scheduled to go to trial in January.
