CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WTHR) – The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office says a Florida woman has outdone the "Florida man" stories.

Authorities say a woman pulled a little alligator out of her pants during a traffic stop Monday morning.

According to NBC2, deputies pulled over the truck she was riding in around 3:15 a.m.

The 22-year-old man driving told deputies he and the woman were coming from the underpass of Oil Well Road, where they were trying to collect frogs and snakes, the report states.

A deputy gave the driver a warning for their stop sign violation and asked to see what wildlife they collected to make sure they didn't have anything that they weren't supposed to.

"A #FloridaWoman pulled this alligator out of her pants Monday morning during a traffic stop after being asked the standard "Do you have anything else?" the sheriff's office wrote on Facebook.

They two were also caught with 41 three-stripe turtles in the vehicle.

The investigation was turned over the the Florida Fish Wildlife and Conservation Commission.
