FISHERS, Ind. (WTHR) — A boy who just celebrated his fourth birthday is still talking about a Fishers police officer's gift.

Noah, who loves everything about police, was surprised Saturday when Jarred Koopman visited Noah's birthday party.

Koopman brought his K-9, Harlej.

"Harlej and I are on our way to Noah's 4th birthday party. He loves police cars, police stuff, and police sirens, so we are going to go surprise him at is party with his friends and go have a little fun," Koopman said in a recording of the event.

Officer Koopman pulled up with his sirens on and wished Noah a happy birthday through the squad car's loudspeaker.
