INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Kids on spring break and stir crazy parents who are looking for something to do are going on bear hunts.
A trend in more than a dozen countries and all 50 states during the COVID-19 outbreak has families placing a teddy bear in their window for passersby to "hunt" for. There's even a database at citybearhunt.com, where homeowners can enter their address to help aid in the search.
Some families have elaborate displays, even putting their bears in costumes. While that can be part of the fun, it's certainly not necessary to take part.
If you're looking for a way to enjoy the warm spring weather, take a walk and search your neighborhood for bears!
