INDIANAPOLIS — After a more than three-year hiatus, Hi-C Orange is making a comeback.
McDonald's is giving the fans what they want and announced the company is finally bringing back its most popular drink.
Orange-flavored Hi-C Lavaburst will return to the menu at the fast food chain this month, making its appearance nationwide by June.
The fan-favorite was removed from the menu back in 2017 and immediately sparked an outrage. People were so distraught by the decision, there was even a petition to bring the drink back.
"To those who have passionately asked for us to bring it back over the years, we're excited to say we 'C' you," the company said in a release.
Since McDonald's knows fans are anxiously awaiting its return, the restaurant created a website for fans to check for updates and find the nearest location serving the beverage.
