FBI: 'Big Box Bandit’ robbed bank inside Shelbyville Walmart

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (WTHR) - Federal agents are looking for a man they've dubbed the "Big Box Bandit" in connection with several robberies, including a heist at a Shelbyville bank.

The unidentified man is wanted for the robbery of a bank inside the Walmart in Shelbyville, Indiana on May 31.

He has also been tied to a bank robbery in Candler, North Carolina and a June 21 carjacking in Knoxville, Tennessee. That vehicle was used in a robbery at a Walmart-based check-cashing business in Chattanooga later the same day.

The man has driven a blue Ford Taurus (see photo) or a gold Chevrolet Trailblazer during the crimes.
