INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - "The rivalry is back on."

Those were Chris Ballard's final words as he walked away from the podium at the end of his press conference Wednesday, one day after New England offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels decided to stay with the Patriots even after coming to terms with the Colts to become Indy's new head coach.
