WASHINGTON (NBC News) - Democratic women in Congress plan to introduce legislation to help women get equal pay at work.

That's because Tuesday is "Equal Pay Day."

The lawmakers will introduce the The Paycheck Fairness Act, which would help women sue employers who don't pay them fairly.

The idea, at least, has bipartisan support.

President Trump's daughter, Ivanka, has said she is "passionate" about the issue.
