INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - It was a special day at St. Vincent as a 500 Festival princess takes over the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.
Sarah Knight from Noblesville surprised patients and their families.
She handed out tiaras, race cars and other special gifts to help bring a smile to faces and lift spirits.
They also drove around the hospital in one of the 2019 pace cars.
