Endangered, missing child alert issued for 12-year-old Mississippi boy

DUCK HILL, MS (WTHR) — The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered/ Missing Child Alert for 12-year-old boy.

Dakota Kelly was last seen at 9 a.m. on Sunday.

He is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. According to MDPS, he was last seen wearing dark blue and light blue Kobe Bryant sneakers, white socks, gray and black Puma sweatpants, plain white t-shirt, black and a gray Columbia sweatsuit jacket.

Officials believe he may be accompanied by Dallas Kelly or possibly Gabriel Fleming. Dallas is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Dallas was last seen wearing a red jogging suit, red hat, red sneakers. He has faded tattoos on his arms. There is no description for Gabriel Fleming.

They may be in a Honda SUV with an Illinois license plate.
