Dog fails to follow directions, takes his own route on obstacle course

(WTHR) — Sometimes you have to go your own way, and that was true for a rescue dog named Kratu.

Kratu was taking part in the Crufts dog show last week and when it was his turn to go, there was no stopping nor commanding him.

The Carpathian-Mioritic mix has become a fan favorite by hilariously ignoring British owner Tessa Eagle Swan, Today Show reported. Swan rescued him from a dangerous situation in Romania when he was just a few weeks old.

Swan said Kratu was incredibly difficult to train.

"He was so stubborn and determined to do what he wanted. He makes me laugh with his antics. He loves to perform tricks and does them all the time."

This is the second year in a row that Kratu has stolen the show, according to Today, taking the obstacle course as more of a suggestion than a mandatory route.
