NEW YORK (WTHR) — A man is suing Pornhub for denying access to those who are deaf and hearing-impaired.

TMZ reports Yaroslav Suris is suing the pornographic website for violating his rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to provide closed-captioning with its videos.

Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal Suris and those in similar situations would pay for Pornhub's premium subscription but called it pointless without closed-captioning.

Suris claims he would watch videos but was completely lost on the dialogue.

"We understand that Yaroslav Suris is suing Pornhub for claiming we've denied the deaf and hearing impaired access to our videos," Pornhub's Vice President Corey Price told TMZ. "While we do not generally comment on active lawsuits, we'd like to take this opportunity to point out that we do have a closed captions category."
