LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (WTHR) — The city of Little Rock knows that breaking up is hard to do.

The city wrote a "break-up" letter to Amazon letting it know the city would no longer be vying for Amazon's attention, Arkansas Matters reported.

Amazon has plans to build a second headquarter, and Little Rock's mayor said the city would definitely make an offer.

But after careful consideration, the city has changed its tune.

The one-page letter, which was published in the Washington Post, explained why the city and Amazon had to part ways.

"It's not you, it's us," read the letter.

On Wednesday, Little Rock unveiled a campaign called "Love, Little Rock" to promote the city in hopes other businesses will move in.

Sorry, Amazon. There are plenty of other fish in the sea.
