EAST RIDGE, Tenn. (WTHR) – Chick-fil-A is all about their customer service and this employee went above and beyond to fulfill that promise for one drive-thru customer in Tennessee.

Brian Hall was waiting in the drive-thru when he unexpectedly got a flat tire.

That's when an unnamed employee came to save the day.

"They brought my food out to me then after it was done replaced my food with new fresh food so it wouldn't be cold and put two cookies in there for free!" Hall wrote on Facebook.

Believe it or not, this isn't the first time a Chick-fil-A employee stepped in to become an impromptu pit crew.

Back in 2017, Kevin Brock, a local franchise operator at a Chick-fil-A in Denver saw that a car was stalled in the drive-thru.

He and other employees pushed the car to the parking lot to jump it, and even gave the customers their usual order when they realized they were regulars.

Later that same day the same employees helped local reporter Peyton Garcia change her flat tire in the parking lot, according to Chick-fil-A's blog.

Hall's post has been shared more than 400 times.
