Carter makes 6 3-pointers, Magic beat Pacers

Indianapolis - Vince Carter scored 25 points, and the Orlando Magic beat the Indiana Pacers 93-86 in preseason action on Friday night.

Carter made 6-of-8 3-pointers for Orlando (2-0). Ryan Anderson had 10 points and 16 rebounds, and Dwight Howard added 10 points and 10 boards, despite getting into early foul trouble.

Darren Collison scored 18 points for the Pacers (0-2) in his first game in front of the home fans since Indiana acquired him in an offseason trade.

Indiana forward Tyler Hansbrough, who missed most of last season with an inner ear infection and hadn't played since Jan. 16, entered the game with 3:23 left in the first quarter. He scored nine points in 19 minutes.

The Pacers led 47-45 at halftime, but trailed by 18 heading into the fourth quarter.
