Brownsburg's 'Elevate' building has 100 suites, co-working spaces

BROWNSBURG, Ind. (WTHR) - We're getting a good look at new development which opened Thursday in downtown Brownsburg.

A ribbon-cutting took place this afternoon for the Elevate Building on Green Street.

It's a two-story workspace for future tenants.

It's also the first part of an $80 million downtown renovation effort.

It's surrounded by other construction, both retail and residential.

City officials say this is a great start.

"This is a building where I think other communities would be jealous to have something like this," said town councilman Brian Jessen. "This also puts something on the map in terms of entrepreneurship in town and you don't have to be in Indianapolis to start a business anymore."

The property includes more than 100 suites and co-working spaces with units starting at around $400 a month.
