Big Warm-Up Pending


Clear skies and lots of sunshine are in store through Central Indiana this afternoon. Temperatures will climb back above freezing with highs in the mid 30s.

We'll wake up tomorrow morning with the cold still around and temps in the upper teens.

Temperatures will be on an upward trend with highs back in the mid 40s on Tuesday with a mixture of sun and clouds.

The warmth with pair with moisture surging into the area for Wednesday and Thursday. Temps will climb through the 40s Wednesday afternoon and we'll actually see our high temperature for the day (lower 50s) around midnight as a warm front pushes through. Light rain showers return at this time too.

Temps rise even further Thursday back into the lower 60s with widespread rain showers and possibly some rumbles of thunder.

A cold front will push through early Friday morning and we say 'goodbye' to the sneak peak of spring.

Leftover rain will transition into a brief snow mix early Friday and temperatures fall back into the 30s.
