Andrew Luck goes 'Inside the Huddle' after the Colts beat the Texans

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — The Colts came out against the Texans and did exactly what they needed to do... run the score up early and dominate them on defense and special teams.

Colts quarterback Andrew Luck threw for 222 yards and two touchdowns in the wild-card game.

"I'm proud of the guys," Luck told Dave Calabro. "We wanted to be one and oh at the end of the week, you've heard me say that before, you've heard us say that before and we are and that's special."

Luck still took a hard look at this performance saying there is work to do before the team faces off against Kansas City.

"I threw the ball better early than I did later in the game," Luck said.

Luck also gave a shout-out to running back Marlon Mack who had 148 yards and a touchdown for Indianapolis.

"Great job by Marlon, great job by the guys up front," said Luck. " The effective runs helped early certainly and to finish the game like we did, I liked that."
