ZIONSVILLE, Ind. (WTHR) — Police have arrested all suspects in an investigation into a car stolen from Marion County.

Three juveniles and one adult are in custody after a chase in Zionsville.

A short chase involving the stolen car led to the arrests. A Zionsville Police officer tried to stop a stolen car that was leaving the Hunters Point Apartments in Zionsville around 4 a.m. Thursday.

There was another black car traveling with it, and when police tried to stop them, the drivers of both cars sped off. The red car crashed into a tree, and two people ran away.

The black car eventually came to a slow roll and stopped at nearby Thornhill subdivision. One person got out and ran away. Police later discovered the black car was also stolen.

After the attempted traffic stop, police saw someone walking out of the woods and get into a white Buick SUV. Officers stopped it on Oak Street near Lexington Drive. While trying to stop, the driver hit a Whitestown police car.

Police arrested the driver of the white Buick — a juvenile — and the passenger inside, who got in from the woods.

After receiving a call about a suspicious person near a Speedway gas station at Oak Street and Ford Road, officers identified him as one of the suspects who ran away from the initial traffic stop at Hunters Point. He has been arrested.

Police caught the last suspect around 7:30 a.m. The juvenile driver of the white Buick SUV is not believed to have been involved in the initial car theft. She was arrested for crashing into the Whitestown police cruiser.

Two juveniles and one adult are in custody for the car theft and later fleeing police.
