Rachael Krause joined 13News as a reporter and multiskilled journalist in February of 2022, although this is her second time calling the Hoosier state home.
Rachael joins the WTHR family as an award-winning journalist. She comes to Indianapolis from Orlando, FL where she worked as a reporter at Spectrum News 13, covering everything from space coast launches to hurricanes and tropical storms working through the sunshine state.
Prior to that, she spent two years in southern Indiana working for WAVE3 news in Louisville, Kentucky. Previously, she’s worked as a reporter and bureau chief in southern Illinois for WPSD and in Sioux City, Iowa working for KCAU.
When she’s not out reporting in the community, Rachael enjoys reading and catching up on the newest movie releases as well as rewatching the classics.
