13 Minute Tailgate Party: White Chicken Chili by Chef Suzanne

2 Tablespoons Oil

1 large yellow onion chopped

1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced

1 cup chopped celery

3 cloves garlic chopped

2 cans white beans drained (15 oz.)

3 cans chicken broth (14 oz.)

3 cans chopped green chilies, drained (4.5 oz.)

2 teaspoons fresh oregano (1 teaspoon if using dried)

1 teaspoon cumin

3 teaspoons of red hot sauce

Cheese, cilantro and cayenne pepper (if desire

Sautee chicken, onion and garlic until chicken is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients accept the cheese and cilantro. Reduce to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate until game day!
