13-Minute Meals: Cinco De Mayo Pork Tacos

Juice of one orange

Juice of two limes

3 oz. annatto paste

4 six ounce pork chops

Combine 3 ingredients and marinate pork for up to one hour prior.  It's a time saver to make your marinade the day before.  Place pork chops in marinade for 30-60 minutes prior to grilling.  Grill off pork, dice and add taco sides!
