Prep Time and Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredient List and Recipe Steps:
Sweet & Spicy Tuna in foil package
Mayonnaise
2 large boiled eggs, peeled and chipped up
Sweet pickle relish, about two tablespoons
1/2 apple, peeled and chipped up
Mix all ingredients together using enough mayonnaise so it is not dry.
Chill and serve as a sandwich or with crackers and ice tea.
Servings: Makes 4 servings.
