Cozi TV on Cable - 13 WTHR Indianapolis

Cozi TV can also be seen over-the-air on our digital channel 46.1 in northern Marion, southern Hamilton and southern Boone counties. Cozi TV is also available on these central Indiana cable systems. If you have satellite service from DishNetwork or DirecTV contact them and ask them to add Cozi TV to their local channel service.

The Children's Television Act of 1990

The Children's Television Act of 1990 established a specific programming obligation for every commercial television station to "serve the educational and informational needs of children" through overall programming and at least three hours per week of "core" programming specifically designed with educational and informational content.

Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 73.2536 (a)(8)(iii) of the FCC Rules, WALV's Childrens Television Programming Reports are kept in the WALV-TV Public Inspection File.
