Total Time:  20 min

3 cucumbers
olive oil
dill
lemon and pepper-seasoning
salt
juice of whole lemon

1.  Peel and slice three cucumbers and place in a large bowl with lid.  Place a small dabble of olive oil on cucumbers.

2.  Sprinkle dill and lemon pepper seasoning salt on cucumbers. Squeeze the lemon juice on top. Place lid on top and shake to mix up.

3.  Taste the cucumber to see if they need anymore seasoning on them for your taste. Season and shake until they suit your taste.

Yield:  5-10 Servings

Comments: They make a good appetizer or a great lil salad for the summer.
