Bayh to introduce CJ's Law

Updated:

Washington - Senator Evan Bayh (IN-D) will introduce legislation Monday to require the installation of weather radios in many new manufactured homes.

The new legislation is called CJ's Law, named after CJ Martin, a two-year-old boy who died when a tornado ripped his home apart in Evansville in 2005.

Bayh is scheduled introduce CJ's Law Monday afternoon in Washington. CJ's mother worked to pass the law after his death.

Indiana already passed a similar state law.
