Sour Cream Enchilada Casserole

12-flour tortillas
16oz -sour cream
1/8 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 white onion
2lbs. hamburger meat
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups graded cheese
1/2 cup picante sauce
1/16 tbsp. cumin

Brown hamburger meat and onion in pan. After meat is brown add chili powder, picante sauce, and cumin. Let simmer on low for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and milk gradually stirring slowly. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Pre heat oven 425 degrees. Take 13 x 9 inch glass pan and put the ingredients in the pan inside of each tortilla, roll them like an enchilada. Take remaining mixture and pour it on top. Cover with cheese. Put in oven for 25 min. Ready to enjoy!
